Dry Combos: Bounce House with Slide Rentals in Dallas TX & Surrounding Areas
Bounce Universe offers combo units which, is in general are inflatables with bouncy/jumpy area, slides, wall climbs, basketball hoops, and some even have obstacle pop outs. These inflatable units will keep kids busy, and not wanting to stop playing all day long. The awesome thing about these inflatable combos is the dual-purpose bounce area and a slide on the side. Children will not get bored, since they are going to be challenged at every turn. Your kids will get their exercise while having a blast by jumping and sliding on our inflatable units! This section covers the "dry" versions, and you can look at "water slides" for the wet versions of the inflatables below.
Here at Bounce Universe Party Rentals, we have a big variety of themes and unique bounce houses, combos and obstacle courses for you to choose from. You can be assured that all of our themed combos are properly licensed, which can be photographed and shared on social media safely.
Our goal is to make your booking as smooth as possible, and delivery as seamless as it could ever be. Below are the guidelines which you should observe when booking with us:
REGULAR PRICE RENTAL DURATION: Any 6- hour period from 8 AM up to 6 or 7 PM (depending if DST or not); anything in excess would be charged accordingly.
ALWAYS CHECK DIMENSIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Kindly measure the setup area, as we need to make sure the inflatable unit would fit. We typically use a 3-pronged, heavy duty, gauge 10 or 12 extension cords to power up the blowers for the inflatables. If you don't have one, or not sure, kindly rent with us.
SETUP SURFACE: Most of our setups are on backyards and on grass. Please be reminded that Bounce Universe will not be hold responsible for any damage on your sprinkler system or pipes that run underground. Should you decide to choose Grass as a setup surface and you have sprinklers or pipes running underground, please mark the ground by putting flags. Otherwise, our setup team wouldn't know where it is safe to stake and anchor the inflatable unit.
DELIVERY & PICK UP TIMEFRAMES: Regarding our delivery and pick up timing. We normally have a FREE ($0) wide window timeframe for delivery; around 4-6 hrs on an average. This is dependent on the total orders we have for a specific day, which is lined up and routed strategically based on proximity and party times. If you wish to have a NARROWER DELIVERY window, you can pay an additional $150 (1-2 hr. window) or $250 for an EXACT TIME for DELIVERY. Same goes with pick up timeframe; if you wish to have a NARROWER PICK UP window, you can pay an additional $150 (1-2 hr. window) or $250 for an EXACT TIME for PICK UP. These charges would be SEPARATE for delivery and pickup. Please let us know if you're ok with the 4-6 wide window timeframe and understand that should you accept, expectations have been set about timeframes for your event.
NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS: Please finalize everything before putting down your non refundable deposit. Once items are reserved, they're taken out of our inventory and we lose the opportunity to rent them out to other customers. Please understand that's the rationale why deposits are non refundable. Same as with payments, as we run our operations and hire people (drivers, helpers, cleaners etc.) on a regular basis, and we assess the need for their hours based on reservations.
COMMUNICATION: We have our Planning & Logistics team who constantly reaches out to our customers to confirm rental details. Most of our customers book thru the website and there are some details needing clarifications. Please provide a good cellphone number and email where we could reach you. Communication is key, in making your event a success and it's a win-win for both parties if we can communicate well.
