Instructions:

• Please see video below for Foam Machine setup instructions, and if curious what our Foam Machine is all about, kindly search separately.

• This Foam Pit will basically contain the foam produced by the Foam Machine for a lasting effect.

• This Foam Pit would put boundaries and protect the kids from harm as when everyone gets rowdy and buried with foam and bubbles, small kids might get hurt.

Things to consider when renting the Foam Pit?

When renting the Foam Pit, you would need to make sure that:

• When booking, kindly give 30 mins. allowance from your party start time and we would appreciate it, if you put comments on the "customer comments" section for any additional information you would like us to know.
• The setup location of the Foam Pit has been checked as far as where it would be set up.
• Please make sure that the dimensions have been checked as this is a relatively big inflatable. (see dimensions above)
• Please make sure you have your hose and water source ready, so that you can just connect to the Foam Machine and set it up with the Foam Pit.
• If you would not select our extension cords, please make sure you have one available.
• No refunds for unused foam packets and rental items.
• If you think the foam would be consumed because you're planning to do a high-flow/ high-pressure foaming spree, you can purchase an additional foaming agent for just $45.00 to keep the party going!
• We normally have a 4-6 hr. window prior to your rental start time, when it comes to delivery, and around 2-3 hr. window after your rental end time for pickup. But you would have an option to choose if you want a narrower timeframe (1-2 hrs.) or an exact time, and of course, those would come with a fee. Please see options when booking (Regular, Flexible, or Exact)

Other important facts about our company and renting the Foam Pit:

• Bounce Universe only delivers the latest and greatest rental units, and we make sure all our products are at par with commercial standards.
• We make sure that all of our units are cleaned and sanitized prior to delivery.
• Our inflatable units are manufactured with "lead-free" vinyl, which makes them perfectly safe for your kids and guests.
• Deposits are non-refundable, that's why kindly finalize everything before booking.
• Changes to your order can be made no later than 7 days prior to your rental date.
• Keep your lines open as our planning and logistics team would call, or text you confirming rental details.
• If you have any questions, you can always text, call or email us.

**IMPORTANT REMINDER: Bounce Universe WILL NOT REFUND UNUSED MACHINE/S OR SUPPLIES during/after your event, as such rentals have already been paid for and has/have been taken out of our inventory. Please make sure that you coordinate with us at least 7 days prior your event, should you need to remove a concession machine or additional supplies.
